About product delivery

We will promptly inform you if any items are missing or delayed.
Delivery will be by Japan Post. We cannot accept different delivery addresses for each product.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please order by each recipient.

Shipping method

  • Mail service (200 yen nationwide)
  • Specific envelope mail (600 yen nationwide)
  • Courier service (1,000 yen nationwide)
    • However, the shipping fee differs in the following areas.
    • Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa: 1200 yen

Free shipping on orders over 30,000 yen. If there are multiple shipping destinations, the shipping cost will be applied according to the total purchase amount for each shipping destination. If a remote island fee will be charged, we will contact you separately after applying for this application.

When the delivery company's luggage storage period has passed

If the product is returned to our store due to cancellation after shipment, communication failure, refusal of receipt, long-term absence etc. We will charge the shipping fee for shipping and return shipping fee when returned to our shop. The shipping cost for returning depends on the delivery area and may be expensive. Round-trip shipping will be charged even if free shipping is applied.
